Forestry Boot with Shin Guard

The Safetline Forestry Boot with Shin Guard, also known as the Forestry Safety Boot with Shin Guard, was developed to offer reinforced protection, resistance, and comfort in forestry activities, reforestation, silviculture, vegetation management, and operations performed in dense woodland environments. Its long shaft, approximately 40 cm high, provides extended protection for the legs and ankles, increasing worker safety on rugged terrain and dense vegetation areas.

Crafted from high-resistance water-repellent materials, the boot features excellent protection against moisture, does not retain water, and delays the passage of liquids, ensuring greater durability and performance even under severe working conditions. The seamless vamp reduces wear points in the front region, increasing footwear resistance and facilitating cleaning.

The model features a side closure with a heavy-duty zipper, providing practicality when donning and doffing. Its internal bellows system, combined with quick debris shedding, helps prevent the entry of leaves, twigs, dirt, and moisture, keeping the interior of the footwear cleaner and more comfortable throughout the workday.

As a key protective feature, the boot has an integrated plastic shin guard, developed to help protect the front region of the leg against impacts, branches, thorns, and other hazards present in forestry operations. The model can also be manufactured with an internal metatarsal guard, offering additional protection for the instep region in activities with greater exposure to impacts and cuts.

For a better fit to the user, the upper part of the shaft features four padded sections with Velcro® adjustment, providing anatomical adaptation, greater stability, and comfort during long periods of use.

The dual-density outsole is injected directly to the upper, providing lightness, excellent shock absorption, high resistance to abrasion, and optimal grip on different floor surfaces. Its structure combines a soft midsole for comfort and a compact outsole for enhanced durability and safety, ensuring superior performance under severe usage conditions.

The assembly incorporates exclusive Safetline technologies such as Full Impact®, Anti-Torsion Bar, Gripping Channels, Correct Folder®, and Flex Point®, which elevate the level of stability, flexibility, and protection during the workday.

In addition, the cleated tread design of the outsole was specially engineered for forestry applications, offering superior traction in woodland areas and helping to reduce the risk of slips, enhancing user safety on different types of terrain.
