The Vulcano Anti-Torsion Laced Safety Boot Safetline was specially developed for professionals working in high-temperature environments, uneven floors, and severe working conditions. Combining thermal protection, mechanical resistance, and superior comfort, the model delivers reliable performance for operations in steel mills, foundries, metallurgical plants, and other high-risk industrial activities.

Crafted from flame-retardant leather, the safety boot features excellent resistance to heat and wear, providing greater durability even in extreme environments. Its lacing system uses round polyester laces in black with graphite details and resin tips, ensuring a firm, secure, and resistant fit.

The model features a padded collar and tongue in nappa, a softer leather that provides additional comfort and better adaptation to the feet. The bellows-style tongue construction prevents the ingress of dust, particles, and solid debris, enhancing protection and contributing to the footwear's internal hygiene.

Designed to offer greater stability, the Vulcano Safety Boot incorporates the exclusive Safetline Anti-Torsion system, ideal for activities performed on uneven surfaces, stairs, platforms, and operational areas where there is a higher risk of twists.

Internally, the footwear is fully lined with the SafetDry® system, a technology composed of two layers, woven and non-woven fabric, which provides thermal comfort, efficient sweat absorption, and rapid moisture dispersion. The lining of the collar and heel counter is completely seamless, reducing friction points and increasing comfort during long periods of wear. The vamp also features a non-woven lining for greater resistance and comfort.

The non-woven insole board is stitched using the Strobel system, providing greater flexibility to the assembly. The Premium comfort insole, made of carbon foam, offers excellent shock absorption, prolonged comfort, and antibacterial treatment, in addition to being removable for easy cleaning.

The upper features single, double, and quadruple stitching made with high-tenacity nylon threads, ensuring high structural resistance. The model utilizes the exclusive Vulcano dual-density nitrile rubber outsole, directly injected to the upper, specifically developed for applications in high-temperature environments.

Its exclusive design, developed based on studies conducted in renowned international laboratories, features a geometry engineered to prevent debris retention and reduce material buildup on the outsole. In addition to contributing to a lighter footwear during use, this feature enhances safety and reduces slip risks.

The outsole also incorporates exclusive technologies such as adhesion channels, which increase traction and performance on different surfaces, a drainage system with runoff channels that prevent debris buildup, and the Flex Point® technology, which provides greater flexibility, comfort, and safety during movement.
